ns. Agree. People have different risk profiles.

As with women, <one man's meat is another man's poison>.

Right JIMBO?!<lol>

Seriously, ns. At this point? You're one of the few I DON'T worry about, taking a flyer in that FUBAR stock.<g>

There's already been a horrific meltdown in the value of those shares as in some portfolios over there that took sizable long positions at much higher prices. Not read that thread often. But last I looked, think the herd has thinned a bit from the departure of dispirited losers.

Earlier this year, when the stock was first run by us, here; Frank and I agreed (per posts) that one of the problems we both saw with taking a serious position in PGO at that time was the lack of visibility compared to the greater degree of disclosure available in most North American energy companies.

There's nothing wrong with taking risk. Hey, risk IS our business isn't it?<g> The $64 question is does the company enable us to have a reasonable awareness of the risks we're assuming. Only then can we hope to quantify those risks and exercise some meaningful control over them.

With PGO now, you know it's a gamble going in. You're smart enough NOT to bet the Ponderosa on it. You know the industry, speak the language and understand the culture - having lived in Norway for some time.

AND...<G>

YOU ignored the Pied Piper's song<g> and STAYED AWAY till almost all of the price damage was done. Doubt very many of the crew members of The PGO Titanic on BBR can say the same.

Good luck. Go show those characters how we make money over here:$)
