MM, why are you getting increasingly bullish?

Why don't you defer the phased purchases another month and see if we're going to have a double dip? I have three links for you. All of them are less than 48 hours old.

This first link is from last evening about declining retail sales in department stores and weak sales at discounters who were supposed to be "recession proof".

The next one is about widespread pension accounting abuses that may have impact in 2003 similar to the backlash against stock options in 2002. usatoday.com

The third is about Paul Desmond's technical analysis: <<strong evidence that the July low was only a temporary market bottom, that investors are just beginning to panic and that the broad market is headed for significant new lows>> cbs.marketwatch.com

Best regards,
Tom
