PS: If I heard right, when CNBC reported MIR's warning about the tender offer, they also said something about MIR's credit line being extended beyond its current expiration of next summer - I think for another year. Anyone else hear that?

This is pretty clear also---In corporate news, utility companies Mirant Corp. (MIR) and Dynegy Inc. (DYN) on Wednesday after the close recommended their shareholders think twice before responding to a "mini tender" offer being made by Main Street AC, a California-based investor group that operated health clubs five years ago.
