France is quietly supportive now that they threw the socialists out. Germany seems against but it's election time don't forget. Russia is with us, so long as somebody guarantees them the money that Iraq owes them. Turkey is already cooperating, and so are Kuwait and Jordan (despite pronouncements). Israel we know. How many do we need? The poll made the "allies" sound like a monolith. The campaign for support is just now breaking into the open. We'll get it. Openly from the Europeans, secretly from the Gulf States -- until we go in.
