svenlar, ALL Opinions welcome, but, Hmmm, I don't know, I thought those were not so bad API's for this time of year. Am I looking at this cross eyed?? BTW, homebuilders beating expectations here, glad I ran out of "spec" money and didn't short'em. In my neck of the woods, nearly ALL the new homes in the burbs (and there are a LOT OF THEM, Truly AMAZING)are using gas. Come on NAO! (sorry, that's a weather thing and it's for Christmas or maybe Turkey Day if I'm good) ggg gotta go, Roebear

Hi Peter, I'd not take my eyes offin' the drillers / gassers. I've held my gassy trusts (cause I'm a crappy trader don't ya know) and haven't been sorry add a little on weakness and pocket the divi. Sitting high and green in that regard waiting for a little bull maybe. Roebear's point on new homes is the same in our neck of the woods. More and more NG in new homes. On the other hand my neighbour is a home appraiser and was telling me he finds that appraisal values are on the wane this last month. It'll take a few months I guess to confirm. regards Kastel
