No, not intentionally, but AID's is destroying millions, is it not? Isn't that a reason to go in there and invade with massive aid... re: Iraq...if you can show that Saddam is killing his citizens right now, I'd be in favor of invading tomorrow...

West Nile virus? Seems like there's more circumstantial evidence pointing to Africa than there is to Iraq.
