I kind of disagree about dividends. Paying a dividend means you have nothing better to do with the money (no new investments, new tech areas to explore, new patents, acquisitions...) than hand it over to institutions (mutual funds, etc.).

Paying dividends means you've become a value company with a value company PE; 20 or 30, tops.

I like the occasional buyback, though.
