Thanks Joanne....! Yes, it should be fun..., unless I mess something up... <smile> The wine is a big choice...! red Zinfandel is an excellent idea..., Zin's have a some spice that would cut through. Some one else suggested champagne. The traditional wines are the Burgundy, Côtes du Rhône, Châteauneuf-du-Pape or Bordeaux-St. Émilion....? Aquavit is suggested by Julia Childs for her lemon sorbet. <smile>
