Saddam overplays his hand. He could not win at poker. He's done pretty damn well the last 10 years or so....he outplayed Geo. the SR. it is only a matter of time before alternative sources of energy will be developed to the point where Saddam's pathetic little reserves will become irrelevant. You are an optimist aren't you? If memory serves, and I have the data, we will run out of oil in about 30-40 years at current rates of consumption. Your alternatives gonna be ready then....care to name some of them? I don't know if the whole thing is a Texas scam, but they will be some of the chief benefactors.....Our government knows how critical our oil supply is and unfortunately I have to agree that this is one way to ease that problem for the forseeable future....wars are fought over oil.... The port-siders are asking the questions that you should also.....if Jr. supplies reasonable answers, we're with him.
