I would prefer that they spend the cash on buy backs, never a dividend. It just makes mroe sense and it lowers the PE alot. I would also like to see them buyout Lwin, convert to a data only system plus buy out nextwave and build out the lic thru LWIN. this would be a much better use of $400M then any investment they have done so far. Besides it would give them an independent nationwide data only ISP services which could attract Microsoft when Microsoft finally realizes that AT&T is not going to ever get faster than about 19k bps. PS: Talk about old time crazies...
