So what if Iraq gets much of the fallout. The only time Saddam sees fresh air, is when he moves from one bunker to another. His actions show that he doesn't give a damm about the rest of the population (especially the south) anyway. You'd advocate a massed land attack against someone with a nuclear bomb??!!!
