As opposed to Lwin being bought by AT&T or VZ or Sprint for $12M on the open market? At this point that convenet is off because anyone can buy them on the stock market today at 34 cents a share. The person who buys it would need $400M in backing behind it to assume the debt.

As far as Nextwave, they have the right to build out now, just no funding. It would be a moot point if they just built it out and started radiating.
