btw, real estate is still cheap in miami, $220,000 - $250,000 for 1100 sq foot 2 bedroom/ 2 bath in full service bldg with pool, underground parking, ocean view, and on the beach, in a nice part of town. coming up the intracoastal waterway at night, less than 5% of the windows in these bldgs were lit up...I know it's off season here but there sure are a lot of places to live. furnished 6 month rental for a similar apt. goes for $2000/month or so. Love to see one more pop in the housing bubble stocks before whacking them extra hard
