Since Bush is, of course, smarter than a doormouse, it cannot be a mistake to point it out. And, unlike you with Bush, I supported Clinton on NAFTA, GATT, Kosovo, the extension of NATO, and various other things, and have from time to time, when asked to give an assessment, given him credit. In any event, I do not blame Clinton for Enron, but I think it is equally stupid to blame Bush........
