I am gratified to have a better insight into your thinking on the matter than I have had in the past. I do, in fact, think that the assumption of a "signature" is useful and warrantable. Of course, this is very far from conceiving the whole, or our place in it. On the other hand, it may very well help to understand the encounter with the whole that all of us experience, and therefore provide better insight into the processes of interaction that determine our relationship with the whole......
