Hey....Thanks alot I have most of my safer money in Vanguard GNMA's at the moment(Bob's Fave)....they have done quite well. I am trying to diversify within fixed income....I am looking into TIPS and Strips...trying to determine the best way to obtain them. I do own some foreign bond funds (FAX, GIM) as plays on a weaker $USD. I listened to Bob for years...in the early 90's but then I moved to Pittsburgh....can't pick him up on the radio here I visit the web site periodically. I like to use Bob's picks as possibilities for the more conservative side of my portfolio. But as everyone is aware...I wish I was 100% GNMA's since March of 2000. Still I think that we are in a secular bear...so I short rallies....and look for good fixed income investments. I will look into VIPSX......any other TIPS or Strips funds that are recommended-----Let me know Thanks Chris
