Let's see, Win. We could stand on the border and do a "Rain Dance." Hey, how about flying into Baghdad and doing a "Encounter?" Get some of the old SDS crowd together. Maybe Jane would come along and pose at an anti-aircraft gun emplacement? Naaah, she is past that. :^)

There are many things that can be done to contain Iraq. But there's not a lot of apparent interest in alternatives inside the WH. Take it from the Prince of Darkness himself:
