money ops softechie. i'm not an investor, nor do i believe we are in an environment that predisposes towards investing. one day we'll be there, although that's probably at least 10 years away. the simple fact is that we are oversold and swarming with shorts.

i do recognize that oversold is a matter of perspective. i see a market in a progressive decline since march of 2000. i also see an election approaching and tax season right around the corner. it's a perfect set-up for a sustained rally.

it adds up in my logic algorithm. preelection rally---->funds will not jettison stock for tax loss while they are going up---->hedgie shorts forced to cover---->performance chasing rampola---->all coinciding with a traditionally bullish seasonality...i.e october through march.
