looks like Intel has been selling other parts as well:

Intel has been shedding ventures that are not key to its core semiconductor manufacturing business amid stubbornly weak corporate spending on high-tech products.In the last year, the world's No. 1 chip maker has exited the consumer products and Web hosting businesses. It also shuttered an online media broadcasting venture.
