to tell federal departments All Cheney had to do was let Enron, El Paso Corp, Dynergy and his own Halliburton know that he would give a green light to their extortion. They don't really need him to do much else until the scheme is underway. Within a couple of months he had Ken Lay in the back room figuring out just which regulations they had to gut to keep the scheme going. Fortunately for America Kenney-Boy was too greedy and Cheney isn't nearly as competent a manager as he likes to think he is. They screwed up - big time - and got caught. TP
