That is the way it looks now. However, ERICY and gang have nothing else to sell. It might boil down to selling GSM1X or bankruptcy for ERICY.

"Not going to happen" - The point rise or CDMA2000 in Europe?
Strangely enough if you listen to the Solly conference call I think I heard Solly say there would be a GSM1X system in Asia and later one in Europe (or at least he indicated strong interest) and I thought I heard him say KPN in Europe. May need to relisten to catch it. Buy you are right that the stock didn't go up 10-20 points -- more like $.17. <g>
