Well INTC hit that 16 level about 6 times and held. Your right about the recent break as pretty serious...and in retrospect, 6 bucks doesn't present much of a barrier. Lordy, maybe 3.50. That zippo head and shoulders target is looking more reasonable every minute. Formations aside, it is hard to imagine INTC dropping that low with its dominant market share...but those options may come home to roost...as they will with the other techs. Maybe 3 bucks is the price they pay for their lack of candor on it. wr
