OK, that's a quote, albeit a partial quote taken out of context and possibly misconstrued by readers. perhaps the writer really wants to say that stocks are great and the DOW belongs at 36,000 and the SPX at 1650 and Nasdaq at 5000? well, you can check for yourself.
