Interesting.

But you left out the good part. There is more support now for action against Iraq than there was in a pre-Gulf War comparable period when GHWB was just starting to build support for that action. Most Americans support taking out Iraq on two grounds, the regime's attempt to obtain WMD and the regime's support of terror.

Also, Bush job approvals have stabilized at 66%.

Dear Buddy: Well, maybe so but I would think the Dems would like to end this debate before elections. Right now they are coming across as the party that would rather risk American Civilian lives then risk a showdown with Iraq and possible military lives. IF, a biological or chemical attack should happen to an American city before elections I would THINK the American public would vote the Dems totally out of the political process in revenge for this neglect.
Frankly, I think too much is made of all this, I am beginning to feel that once Saddam realizes we are ON OUR WAY, he will immediately capitulate and agree to almost anything to save his skin. Thats when we put in inspectors backed by tanks and tear out his infrastructure related to weapons of mass destruction. JDN
