XCR, the key in that story is 'unemployed truck driver from Turkey' They used to call these people 'guest workers' which could easily be sent back to whence they came, but things changed as immigration programs became more liberal. Now, they are a major problem there just as illegals from south of our border are here. Actually, it is much worse in Europe, as the cultures will never mesh. Germany, as well as my Viking homeland of Denmark and all of the other social welfare states of Europe have a vast, serious and decaying problem on their hands..... Those ill-advised liberal immigration programs of years past will hurt these countries going forward.
