In that case, you didn't misstate, you actually lied. If you are incapable of understanding anything but simple declarative sentences with obvious meanings, I pity you. But that's your problem. So that "buffer zone" justified the UUSR parking it's army on Poland, Hungary, Czechoslovakia, the Baltic States, ...... and determining their gov'ts and politics? In that case I think we need a buffer against the Articans and Antarticans! We're going to take the whole planet (except the north and south polar regions). Is that OK? SO: Are you a Canadian?
