Bill/WA to Earlie - report on the road. Last night in Whitehorse, campgrounds are starting to close so it's going to be hard to find a place to get a hot shower, do laundry, and get an internet connection.<G> There's a big campground here that I use as a hub to hit Haines,AK, - Skagway, Dawson City, and Atlin. These motorhomes continue to get bigger and bigger with 80 yr olds trying to drive them. I spend most of the time here online checking my put options and catching up with SI. The point is - I have listened to and talked to many of these retirees. Not one of them have given up hope that the market will come back and although they have lost a considerable amount of their retirement they still will not sell. In fact I was online in the laundry room the evening the market dropped 355 pts. I made the comment that the market "did 355 pts today". A women said, "Up?". I responded, "Are you kidding?" She has lost 70% of her retirement and still hopes for a return. Incredible. Slowly making my way south - IT'S GETTING COLD UP HERE!! (Klondike - NOT)Bill/WA
