Follow the link provided by John, to the Dundee site. When a fund trades at a discount/premium to net asset value it has to be a closed end as open end funds always trade at n.a.v.

Management fees are important to at least check out.

The US OTC (Over The Counter) symbol is DBPMF, but be careful not to pay too much more than it costs on the Toronto exchange under DPM.A. (I use the exchange rate from www.bloomberg.com.) Some US brokers can arrange to buy shares on the Toronto exchange. (Ameritrade, for example, has a relationship with Canaccord.) This is almost always better than trying to buy "DBPMF" in the US.
