Just disable BlackIce and restart it after setting up the router. Removing proxy server software, if necessary, is just unchecking a box: Internet Properties>Connections>LAN Settings. The regular instructions include info you probably won't need. The quick install directions should have all the info you need: ftp://ftp.linksys.com/qinstalls/befsr41_fs.pdf
