What do you mean by "now spend 25M to price 100M offering"?
Now is it the actual CD(& ML?) holders who are causing the downward pressure. Any idea of much of the short position are CD holders? I guess the only way to figure that out is to find the closing date of the the CD contract & then check the short position increase immediately following..eh? Or i guess the volume the next day(after the closing date) will mainly be shorting???
I'm going by a Securities Purchase Agreement(Might be Std in these cases)for another company which states...
Each of the buyers covenants with respect to itself that from and after teh execution of this agreement (i)neither it will purchase or sell shares of common stock prior to the closing date...
Will definetly check the 10K when i get it to expose the fine details of that CD agreement...should be getting it soon.
I understand what you you are saying about what happened with CD financing...just trying to figure out what exactly is going on now. How are they able to manipulate it to the down side extreme? What action can FNSR take to reverse the situation? Can't produce great rev immediately, but would a major stock buyback program announcement & actual implementation work. Insider buying not working...
