Hi Osprey, Your in with AMN-v @$ .28 for 35,714 shares. Chart for American Manor Enterprises: bigcharts.marketwatch.com From the chart of AMN we can see this low volume trader fell below it's support on Friday albeit on very low volume. The chart indicators have turned bearish but the low volume make these indicators suspect at best. It looks like news will be the driving force behind this puppy. Good luck with this pick, Al

AMN-v...in the news: American Manor to acquire 75% of Palo Seco block 4 News Release Mr. William MacPherson reports AMERICAN MANOR ENTERPRISES INC. ANNOUNCES THE SIGNING OF THE ... American Manor Enterprises and Moonsie Oil & Gas (Trinidad) have signed the formal and operating agreements for the 1,000-acre Palo Seco block 4. This completes the transaction outlined in a letter of intent signed Feb. 11 between the parties. Moonsie Oil & Gas has begun the work necessary to comply with the Trinidadian government terms of reference needed to complete an environmental impact study. Completion of this study is needed for the issuance of a drilling permit that will allow work to begin on the Palo Seco block 4 lease. Plans are to drill two wells in the fourth quarter of 2002. American Manor Enterprises will pay 100 per cent of drilling and development costs to earn a 75-per-cent interest after payout in these two wells. The company will also have earned the right to participate in any further wells on this property under the same terms by completing the initial two wells. There are 11 development drilling locations on the Palo Seco block 4 lease. The company anticipates closing its non-brokered private placement this month. The private placement will consist of a common share priced at 35 cents and a full warrant priced at 50 cents. The warrants will be exercisable for two years from the close of the placement. Plans are to raise a maximum of $701,750 (2,005,000 units).
