Doug there are numerous ways i can respond to you but i will begin with the political environment can aid a citizen of a nation or make it very difficult for its citizens to provide for themselves. If people did not live in spite of the ruling regime they would be dead. Guess you might read history from another postion rather than every life is protected from harm as a right of birth. If all species on this planet did not attempt to protect that this which is born to them or of them this planet would have no life forms. The rest of your post you are airing questions that many are asking, it is well done. History is in the process of being made.
