Firstly : You don't need to use the exact word " hate ".All you need to do to be considered guilty of hate crimes is write or speak in reference to an act of violence or racial bias towards a distinctive group. There has been NO war declared against ISLAM or ARABS lorne, and until there is , any reference towards them as a group as being guilty of crimes with a desire to punish is bad form, to say the least. You used both terms interchangeably and as a generality, where simply Al Q or Extremists or terrorists would have been ok.
