The markets were way overpriced all the way back and the end of 99 and early 00, it became a GIANT HOT AIR BALLOON stretched to the limit, and when that happens they go BOOM. The disappointment is not the bubble bursting it had to, but the failure of the new team put incentives in place to limit the carnage and bolster the economy.........

The down side may still have a long way to go and continue right on through a single term presidency.......
