Today for the second consequetive days Iraqi infrastructre was attacked inside and out-side of the no flying zone with great intensity. This is the gradual scalation. If this goes on for a whole month, by Oct. Saddams defences will be softened.

This is the same man that resigned because he said the steps were not take to contain Saddam!
