Only government has to spend more each year no matter what. Isn't that the bottom line of your belief system ? Give them 5 they want 6. Give them 6 they want 7. While I cut back they grab more and pay for breast implants for their girl friends with government credit cards. While we scream about Enron all of their books look the same. They can't cut 1 % while companies are cutting 20 30 40 and even more. A good example is Ashcroft wanting the address of all aliens. Do they set up for people to enter it on the net to a data base ? No they send in papers and there is no one to process the paper. What a joke
