" Does it cross you mind that you are either confused about the meaning of the word "works" or that you simply are incapable of thinking like an engineer? You seem to be perfectly comfortable with the lawyer's logic. Which, for the benefit of your remedial education I will inform you is not logic at all. In fact, it has nothing to do with logic. But it does have a lot to do with posturing. Thank God we have a pResident who is so well exercised from the neck down, eh? That piece of meat has posture. kb, I don't feel like I've got a dog in the current debate but, fwiw, I would like to add these two cents. I've always looked upon S.I. as a refuge from the crap on Yahoo. Escaping from Yahoo is the main reason I'm here lurking and occasionally posting. I suspect there are others who are here for the same reason. There is a time a place for everything, eg., sports talk, jokes, chatter about politics but, serious, hard core extremist views (right or left) should only be, imo, on dedicated message boards whether on Yahoo or SI. The "High Tolerance Plasticity" thread ain't it. KB, I would encourage you to use the monitoring power you apparently elected to preserve when you started this board. You kept it for a reason. I think you should use it. Just my opinion.
