I just have to brag to everyone. I actually managed to get new grass to start in only one week! This is the first time I've ever used fertilizer with seed. Am impressed how well it's working. Was always afraid, and was taught it would burn the seed too easily. But gee...even the seed package said it should take 18 to 20 something days for it to come up. This took seven to start. Boy am I proud of myself. Now for my next project. Today going to build platforms for all my boxes in the garage. Will organize the garage. Actually might be able to find something. Also should be able to get the truck in the garage. Got many things to do in this new place. And darn it! Dove season opened last week. I guess it's not too bad as we don't have the greatest dove hunting. Got grouse opening soon. Then the biggie....pheasants in October! Gotta be ready for pheasants, or Julie will never let me live it down. Hope you all are having a nice weekend. BirdDog@Prairie.com
