Perhaps you don't understand that Ray isn't being satirical anymore than he advocates blowing up Washington. Ray believes George W. Bush personally helped plan the attacks of 9/11/01. Here, he is speculating on Bush's next move toward creating a police state welcomed by the American People, which he can then rule. One hopes that knowing this theory is stuck in his head, both your husband and his FBI buddy would make poor references. Dan B
