If you simultaneously bought $17.39 ISIL and sold equal Oct $15.00 calls for $3.80 -- a buy/write -- your net cost would be $13.59. If, at Oct expiry, ISIL was over $15.00, you'd have your stock called away for the $15.00, yielding $1.41 on a $13.59 investment: a 10.37% return in weeks.

If the stock wasn't called, you'd own ISIL at a real cost, before taxes, of $13.59, perhaps later sell more calls against it.

This of course ignores commissions.
