Of course, I understand (in general) what has caused your "shut-down" and I have alluded to it (in general). That does not have anything to do with overlooking the hurt you cause when YOU you create "REAL" SI friendships, and then go on to meet them face-to-face--while yet mocking the genuine feelings of people on SI who exist in various levels of intimacy, and whom sometimes went from a preliminary trust to a fearfulness of a person based on more prolonged exposure. Why you choose to impose your dismissiveness on this situation, only the devil may know--especially when you have your own relationships which are real enough, I guess. Nobody is trying to tell you that "Cosmic" is not real. And you have no business telling Poet that CH is not.. Life is more than just a game. Sometimes it is best to just mind your own business when real people are interacting about real issues--especially where there is high emotion. Does anybody tell you that "Rambi" is not real--just because they choose to consider her as not real? I hope not. I would criticise such insensitivity and wilful deceit...
