Praying for two thousand years is not a legitimate defense for the taking of other's properties and making a "state" where you are not welcomed. If Jews wanted to re-create a "Jewish" presense in Palestine, they should have purchased the land as opposed to getting Western powers to force it upon the Arab people. Whether the Arabs had more or less land than European and American Jews is a moot point. If I have two large houses and you have a small bugalow, you have no right to one of my houses or half of my estate. Isra'El does not want to negotiate a peace with the Palestinians, they want to force them into those Arab lands you mentioned previously. Isra'El's opinion is, "if the Arabs behave themselves and understand their standing here, then they may stay. This is a JEWISH state."
