I would also expect very tight co-ordination of Israeli and US sattelite assets wrt both interdiction and "early warning" capability re Arrow and Patriot counter measures. Imo all possible efforts will be made to eliminate "blind spots" in Western Iraq. Iraq can also forget about that sliver of "fly zones" in Western Iraq, the allies will blanket this area with tactical air. Imo all Iraqi territory within Scud range of Israel will or are being turned into - "No Fly" - "No Drive" zones. Ultimately all of Northern Iraqi "No Fly" zones will be turned into "No drive" zones as well. Then the Iraqi army desertion rates will begin to exceed the current 10% rates. Word will spread fast within the Iraqi army at that point.
