Global Insecurity would be more honest: globalsecurity.org They even lie about the schedule, cynically lulling a false sense of security by indicating that D-Day for Saddam is the day after the U.S. elections. Not likely. Bush is going to cynically use the invasion and conquest to goose-grease his electoral potential.
