I just copy and paste. Cary, I value your investment style. I also value your knowledge of the semiconductor industry. But I think you need to work on your ability to tolerate other opinions and investing styles other than your own.

This Bear Market still seems to be roaring to me.

A government job is an allocation of dollars to something that politicians want. Leaving those dollars in the hands of the public results in an allocation of dollars to what the holders of those dollars want. Some do not trust the public to do the right thing. I think they are wrong about that. For me, letting the public allocate the dollars is the purest expression of "the pursuit of happiness". And isn't that what government should be all about?

All this sets aside discussions of the relative efficiency of the government-allocated dollars.
