There are no central bank numbers on my website, so I can not explain something you have incorrectly attributed to me.

If you would like me to venture an guess, however, I would think claims of around 10,000mt leased are reasonable.
Central banks hold 33,000mt, so somewhere around 70% should still be in the vaults leaving 30% elsewhere.
Even if as much as 15,000mt were leased, that would be closer to 50/50 than 90/10.
