Saddam has again proven himself to be a fool by applauding Scott Ritter’s visit to Baghdad. The last time Mr. Ritter was in Baghdad four years ago, he said that Saddam did have weapons of mass destruction, now he say’s he does not, yet he has not conducted ANY inspections in four years. Mr. Ritter no longer works for the U.N., or does he have access to any classified information.

Four years ago, Mr. Ritter was a subordinate weapons inspector that was in the spotlight. Now, because Mr. Ritter has changed his story of four years ago, it is obvious that he will say anything just so that he may again be in the world’s spotlight. Truly a triumph of ego over intellect.

Does Saddam really think that anyone in the world would believe Scott Ritter, since he changes his story to suit his own personal need for recognition?

Scott Ritter’s need for personal fame has unwittingly helped the world to see Saddam’s evil attempts at manipulation of Arab opinion. Saddam has given us the evidence by formerly denouncing Scott Ritter as a puppet, yet Saddam now applauds him as a person who tells the truth.

Saddam is also currently in direct violation of 17 United Nations resolutions, it was obviously a mistake to show him mercy, and to trust him after the end of the Gulf War.

Next Saddam will say that he did not invade Iran or Kuwait.
