KB, I am trying very hard to keep my balanced hat on... yet I am finding it very hard to agree with any of the bullish "the lows are in" theories out there.

EW aside, I think the new lows on the nikkei and the lower low on the sox last week were two enormously bearish clues that the media seems to have misunderstood or at least underappreciated. JPM's huge black candlestick on Friday was most likely related to the former imo.

It never goes down in a straight line, and we could very well still see more up in the days to come, but I am convinced the probability is very good that we will see significant declines ahead. I don't really care whether it is 7k, 6k or 5k. TA will indicate when it is time to buy again.
