Joe, re: "Great find!" Well, I remembered reading through it after Petz posted the link a few days after the filing. I remain curious about the financial arrangements for the JV. While I can understand the need for confidentiality on the technology elements the financial commitments would seem appropriate for disclosure to investors? It is nice to see some signs that the AMD-UMC relationship is developing. It would be good to have at least a few words on how UMC is faring with their exploration of making AMD CPUs at the next CC -- assuming they are indeed ramping towards the previously indicated production in 03. -PT
