I would interpret the "annualized rate of 235%" to mean that QOQ growth will be about 35%. If this continues for four quarters then it would be an increase of about 335% or growth of 235%. While these are very nice growth rates I doubt it would continue for four quarters and it would also be coming after a period in which revenues shrank to less than half YOY.

I remain a little skeptical of this magnitude of growth... The same article noted that flash hadn't seen the same buildup of additional capacity that DRAM had but FASL has a JV3 now producing and AMD is converting Fab25 so in round numbers (#fabs) a doubling. Plus Intel has probably added some flash capacity as well.
